Ministries

I offer counsel and give spiritual oversight to ministries that reach both the church and the workplace. These ministries have proven to be faithful in their local church, providing a solid home base for their outreach. We believe ministries that relate not only to a local pastor, but also to apostolic ministry become more established and fruitful in their calling.

Janet Magee

Blue Sunday founder, Janet Magee, has devoted her life to serving children. She is a 30+ year veteran in the battle to improve the lives of children through Christ-based programs and services. 6 years ago her personal life took on dramatic challenges when she lost her daughter and grandson. Her journey through the loss and into what she calls “my new normal life” is one of love, humor and rediscovered joy.toplogo.jpg

Janet now has founded Blue Sunday Child Abuse Prevention Initiative, a ministry that serves abused and neglected children. Working to bring relief to children in her own community and providing resources on a national and international level she has enjoyed watching God build the bridge between churches and state agencies.  Millions have participated in the annual Blue Sunday Prayer Campaign which is always the last Sunday in April. As a result of this campaign, many of those participants have birthed their own Christ-based prevention/relief programs.

She is a minister of the gospel who remains a part of Christian Fellowship International, and looks to this apostolic team for her covering and oversight.

Janet and her husband John reside in Harlingen, Texas.

Dr. Gayle and Myrna BrogdonDr. Gayle and Myrna Brogdon – LIFE

Dr. Gayle and Myrna Brogdon are the founders and directors of LIFE (Laborers In Fields of Education), a ministry that desires to inform and equip educators from a Christian perspective on how to become more effective and influential in their schools.

Thousands of educators in the USA, Africa, and Mexico have been impacted by LIFE’s evangelistic banquet meetings, training sessions, educator prayer groups, and abundant resources. Within an eight-year period of LIFE ministry, over 800 educators have accepted Jesus Christ as their Savior. These educators have gone back to their schools changed and are now influencing others for Jesus Christ, helping new believers become planted in the local church.

The Brogdons exhort educators with questions such as these: “What would our schools look like if all the school personnel knew the love of Jesus Christ? What would happen if all Christian educators began to see their schools as a mission field?” The Brogdons believe this can become a reality through the faithfulness and dedication of Christian educators. Gayle and Myrna have been friends with Pastor Ron Corzine since 1987 who provides apostolic oversight as a member on the LIFE Board of Directors. Gayle and Myrna reside in Los Fresnos, Texas, and have three grown children and three grandsons.
