Summit Christian Center

After taking a couple weeks off to move into our new home on the west side of San Antonio, I finally had to go back to work. This past Sunday I ministered for my long time good friend Rick Godwin at Summit Christian Center. Pastor Rick and Cindy finally got away for a well deserved long overdue vacation. I have the opportunity to minister at the Summit at least once a year. It was so good to be back and to see our many friends. Since it was the week before Father’s Day I chose to minister on “Four Things My Dad Left Me.” It was a message about our spiritual heritage and the legacy that we can leave behind. This week I am headed to Houston to be with another long time friend Ernie Fitzpatrick. It feels pretty good to be back in the saddle again.
