Good Neighbors

Good Neighbors

Preacher’s Wife and I are finally moved into our new home (with the exception of 25 or 30 boxes left to unpack). I never realized how much I would enjoy Hill Country Retreat here in San Antonio (a Del Webb adult community). We’ve already met over 10 of our new neighbors up and down the street and actually had a meaningful conversation. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Of course you know I travel on the weekends when most working people have the weekend off, therefore I rarely got to know any of our neighbors at the old address. But since people here are our age and most retired I get to enjoy their company before I leave for work on the weekends. Preacher’s Wife loves the gated community and the smaller house (less to clean and take care of). We are looking forward to settling in completely. For those who may be interested I will post some pictures later.
